Is there a setup fee?

Yes. A one-time $2,750 setup covers the full build of your agent, the integrations into your calendar, CRM and POS, and training it on your business knowledge. It is charged once, not annually.

What counts as a call?

Nothing does. Calls are unlimited, including simultaneous calls, and there are no per-call or per-minute fees. You pay the same $995 whether the agent handles ten calls in a month or a thousand.

Is there a contract?

No. The monthly service is month to month. There is no lock-in term and no cancellation fee.

How does multi-location pricing work?

Multi-site rollouts are scoped individually. Per-location economics improve with scale because the integration and knowledge work is shared across the network. Book a 1 on 1 and we will model it for your footprint.

What happens if we cancel?

Your service ends at the close of the billing month. No cancellation fees, no exit process, and your phone numbers were always yours.
